Booking Information

We are quite excited to be able to share our upcoming wedding with you at Beaches Turks & Caicos! Your presence at our wedding means the world to us. Beaches is a family friendly resort that caters for guests of all ages.

Nikki our destination wedding specialist, will be helping us with booking rooms at the resort. She will be assisting our guests find the best available rates and help in setting up a payment plan. 

All guests would need to book through Nikki, our wedding planner & travel agent, this will ensure you are part of our wedding which allows you to attend the wedding on the resort at no extra fee. This allows us to pool some perks that can be used towards some fun activities for you, our guests!

Airport transfers are included with the resort and once you've booked your room and your airfare, your airport transfer will be scheduled. 

She has reserved rooms from the 11th - 15th September, 2025 but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later and enjoy a vacation. Rooms are subject to availability. 

An initial deposit of $400USD is required to book your room at Beache. The balance can be paid in as many installments as you like up until 60 days before your travel date.  Any payments made towards your stay is COMPLETELY refundable if cancelled more than 45 days prior to your travel date.  


For flights, please book on your own. You can book these as soon as they are available for your travel dates in any way you would like (points/card/etc.).

There are nonstop flights from Newark, Chicago, Houston, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Toronto, Charlotte, Miami, Atlanta and Dallas to Providenciales (PLS) available! Turks and Caicos is truly one of the fastest and easiest island destinations to reach in the Caribbean.

Please send Nikki your flight information as soon as you have it, so that she can set up your complimentary airport transfers with Beaches Turks and Caicos. You'll be flying to Providenciales (PLS). 


Traveling to Turks and Caicos will require a passport valid for 6 months after your travel date. Please ensure your passport is valid until March 2026. If you need to renew, start the process ASAP.
